Mark 11:22 - 24
22 And Jesus answered saying to them, "Have faith in God. 23 Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him. 24 Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you.
The better rendering is “Have the faith OF God.” That is -- come to the place of believing what God is believing about your situation. Spend enough time in prayer and seeking Him in His word that He reveals to you His will and perspective on the matter at hand.
The next thing is to speak to your mountain about what God has given you to say. You don’t just randomly command the mountain, or command what you want. No, start with God’s instruction, then speak it to the mountain and it will obey your command. That is if you don’t doubt. Doubting means “to be in two minds” and that cancels faith. If you don’t doubt your command carries authority because you are speaking God’s faith.
Don’t allow some point of view other than God’s to be in your heart, discover what God wants to have to happen, instruct your mountain accordingly, and it will be granted to you. In general, for all things that you pray for and ask, believe that you have already received them and they will be granted to you. This is powerful!
